Boundary pushing hyper-lapse makes Copenhagen look even cooler

Buckle up and bring your parachute!

This flight through Copenhagen makes you experience the city in a unique way from above, and it puts a new perspective to the utilization of the hyper-lapse technique.

Jonas Høholt shared with us the following details on his video, which was polished using LRTimelapse:

Using Google Maps 3D perspectives and patiently customizing transitions in After Effects enables me to give my video a flow motion look.

It’s interesting how far you can push things with technology and creativity, and I’ve spent countless hours meticulously capturing, stitching and animating selective frames of Copenhagen from Google Maps and ultimately merge them with my hyperlapse footage in After Effects.
