A good urban hyper lapse is always great to watch. And to make it work it has to be all about the movement. That’s what Tripeaks Imagery has achieved, a perfect hyper-lapse motion video through the streets of Singapore.
This is the third Time Lapse of these photographers, Charmaine and Weehan, a Singapore based duo, and as they say it’s always a constant learning process. To have two or more attempts at a single shoot is part of the workflow when you want to get close to perfect.
As the intro refers the predominant technique is hyper lapse, and lets add a brilliantly executed one. Image stabilization is perfect, which shows a special care when shooting. There is hyper lapse tilt and pan motion, and some scenes let us guess that the camera must have been set on a roof top because sometimes it seems that the camera is flying like a drone.
A fantastic work, worth a share!
