Watch as the prickly plants flourish in their many colours of yellow, pink, white and purple. A budding orchid then gradually opens to reveal a creamy yellow and purple flower.
The film ends with a hanging chrysalis from which emerges a beautiful black butterfly which unfolds it red-speckled wings and scuttles off.
