Watch the first Tilt-Shift Dronelapse video of Miami, by Oliver Kmia

This video shows the city in a toy like fashion. This project was inspired by the Masterpiece video “The City of Samba” made by Keith Loutit and Jarbas Agnelli.

Oliver Kmia mainly used a DJI Phantom 3 Pro and a custom made TBS Discovery fitted with a Pixhwak flight controller to film the dronelapse sequences. Discover more on how he did that!

Oliver KMIA shared with us the following details on his video, polished using LRTimelapse:

It took about 8 months to finish this project. From the first test shot to the finalization of the video. The most challenging aspect was to produce stable footage. Each drone sequence required a full flight and battery (10-20 minutes)and most shots were unusable so I had to repeat a the filming many times to produce enough good footage. The whole process was very tedious and time consuming.
