Serge Pikhotskiy always wanted to make a video that could show the City of Philadelphia from a very unique perspective, while still maintaining the ever moving balance between history, modern architecture and the vibrant colors of the city.

We believe he did a great job!

Serge shared with us the following details on his video:

Originally, this project started out as a simple time-lapse, but as my skills evolved overtime, the film slowly transitioned into a mix of different photography techniques.

The first 30 seconds of this movie is an animated 3D visualization, followed by the combination of Time lapse, Hyper-lapse and Aerial Cinematography.
