A stunning collection of unique Norwegian time-lapse videos

Excellently shot time-lapse videos of Norway, beginning with masses of swirling clouds turning into beautiful nacreous clouds illuminating the sky in iridescent rainbow colours.

We are treated to night sky views with meteors, moving into snowy forest scenes and more night sky shots before seeing the clouds scudding across mountain views and sunrises.

Rivers, lakes and frozen landscapes feature in this sequence of time-lapse videos, all shot using a Canon 6D andKessler Crane motion control sliders.

Absolutely stunning.

This timelapse film was shot at random between August 2014 and October 2015. Locations vary from Rjukan and Gaustadtoppen in the south to the Lofoten and Senja islands in the north. The opening shot is from the top of Holmenkollen ski-jumping arena in Oslo.

I use Kessler Crane motion control sliders with the second shooter 3 axis for most shots. Some times i do several identical takes at different hours, blending them in post to get nice transitions from day to night.

The equipment used:
Canon 6D
EF 14 2,8L II

EF 24-70 2,8L
