I personally own a Shootools’ at the moment, so I’m afraid I can’t help Lutte.
Obviously, PRO products with great customer service are surely more expensive than those you mention.

I believe no one can afford to sell a PRO device with excellent after sales support without asking for the good money to keep the whole company working well and in a profitable way…

If so, is it a good product? Lately the market is literally flooded with (startup) company’s that produce sliders/glidetracks and it’s pretty hard to select the real professional equipment (since everyone presents their product as being PRO). Or they have the same price almost like real big brands like Kessler and so on.

You are better off spending a few more bucks and buy a proper brand..They set aside any kind of customer service, I had a faulty controller and still no words on getting a new one..10 emails with no reply.
