Three years were spent gathering shots of Lake Billy Chinook under the best of conditions, including the once in a lifetime solar eclipse of 2017.
Nick Hagman shared with us the following details on his video:
Lake Billy Chinook is my favorite place on Earth, and this video is my way of sharing the best of this gorgeous place with the rest of the world.
This project is the reason I bought a “real” camera and learned how to photograph the stars. The reason I wandered through the dark dodging rattlesnakes. The reason I was biting my nails for a year, worried I’d somehow mess up my one chance to shoot the solar eclipse.
And it was all worth it. Please enjoy.
