This is a video clip for the song “I Believe”, created by Alexey Terexov for the Belarusian band “Lyapis Trubetskoy.”
The video is spectacular as well as technically very interesting because it skillfully blends different shooting techniques (time-lapse, tilt & shift, video compositing) in order to get a real world in miniature. In some scenes it’s hard to believe that this is real images.
Unfortunately we do not have a lot of technical data relating to the creation of the video, but we can tell you that the Peleng, famous brand of lenses, using this video to demonstrate the quality of its optical tilt & shift.
